Camping the right way!
Camping is one of our favorite past times.
Picture above is Barrington Shores in Barrington NH.
Its now June and just last weekend my husband de-winterized the camper while I took everything out and scrubber her down. Then I restock and repack for our camping season. I pack silverware, cups, travel cups for walking around, bedding, toilet paper, paper towels, dog bowls, napkins and make sure all our dishware is ready including and most importantly the coffee maker. For the kids, I pack googles, bedding and make them a to-go pack for their showers with deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, soap, sunscreen, Chapstick and bug bite cream and that all will stay with the camper.
Now its just deciding where we want to go. We have an eighteen foot travel trailer because we like to move around and not just have a seasonal site although we have entertained it once or twice when we get tired of moving ours around. We like to do the first trip and last without the kids. I use the excuse of I want to make sure we are set up good and then I need to make sure I close it up good at the end. Not the reason, just don’t tell my husband. I just love the timeout!
Because we drive the camper around we stay in New England for the most part except to New York to pick up our bees.
